There are three method that you can receive notifications:

• 1) Email
• 2) SMS (Text messages)
• 3) Voice Calls

Each target can be set up to receive one or more of these methods of notifications.

Please note that there are limits on the number of messages that you can receive per month. Depending upon your plan voice calling may incur additional charges.
